As a local GP clinic, we focus on delivering consistent, personalised healthcare, with an emphasis on clear communication, preventative care, and long-term health support.
Located near Norwest Private Hospital and easily accessible from Bella Vista, Kellyville and surrounding suburbs, our practice offers convenient access to healthcare with on-site parking available for patients.

Our Approach to Patient Care
At Glenwood Medical Practice, we take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to healthcare that is tailored to your individual needs.
We understand that every patient is different, which is why we take the time to listen, assess, and provide care that supports your overall wellbeing.
Our goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable discussing your health and confident in the care you receive.
Our Team
Our team includes experienced GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, and dedicated reception staff, all working together to support your healthcare needs in one convenient location.
The doctors at Glenwood Medical Practice are Fellows of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and our practice is fully accredited.
From your first point of contact through to your consultation and follow-up care, our team is here to provide a consistent and supportive experience.
Appointments and Consultations
Appointments can be booked by calling our clinic on (02) 8824 8433 or by using our online booking system.
While consultations are generally by appointment, we offer limited walk-in and urgent appointments where availability allows.
If you require a longer consultation or would like more than one family member to be seen, please let our team know when booking. This ensures enough time is allocated to address your concerns.
Patient Information
If you have any questions or need assistance, our team can be contacted during normal opening hours. If your doctor is unavailable, we will take a message and arrange a return call where appropriate.
If you have recently had a test or procedure, we recommend booking a follow-up appointment with the GP who requested it.
Prescriptions and referrals require a consultation with a GP. Our reception team is unable to provide these without an appointment.
We offer electronic prescriptions (eScripts) via SMS, or you can collect a physical copy from the clinic.
Medical records can be transferred on request. Health summaries are provided at no cost, while full medical record transfers incur an administrative fee of $50.
Fees and Bulk Billing
Our practice has signed up to be a Medicare Bulk Billing Practice. This means we will bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for all eligible services under the program.
We want to ensure we can provide affordable health care to our patients and our community. Increased government funding means we can offer bulk billing on eligible services and maintain business needs.
The additional funding makes it more viable for us to bulk bill everyone for all eligible services.
You will be bulk billed for eligible services under the program. These services include:
- GP consultations
- chronic condition management plans and reviews
- mental health treatment plans
- health assessments.
Some services are not eligible under the program, so you may still have to pay a fee for these services. These include:
- Procedures like skin excisions
- Diagnostic services like ECG and pathology
- Allied health and other non-GP services.
- Iron Infusions
Patients with no valid Medicare card will be privately billed. Details of these fees are available on enquiry when booking an appointment, and are also available for viewing in the waiting room. Fees are payable at the time of consultation, and we accept cash, EFTPOS and credit card.
Accessibility and Support Services
We aim to make healthcare accessible for all patients.
Our clinic provides:
- Wheelchair access throughout reception, waiting areas and consultation rooms
- Accessible parking near the entrance
- Interpreter services (available on request at the time of booking for Medicare card holders)
We also offer preventative health reminders via SMS or post, which you can opt out of at any time.
Patient privacy and confidentiality are a priority. De-identified data may be used for research, professional development, or quality assurance, but all information remains anonymous.
